Recently, a baijiu (Chinese liquor) lees drying project located in Nanping City, Fujian Province, officially commenced operation, with its core equipment—a large-scale baijiu lees drying production line—already in stable use.
This production line can process 10 tons of high-moisture lees raw material per hour, ultimately producing a stable output of 6.8 tons of finished product. Through intelligent temperature control and process design, the moisture content of the raw material has been successfully and precisely reduced from 60% to 12%, with the pre-drying stage first stabilizing the moisture content at 40%.
