This equipment is a fully automatic straw compression baler. It completes the whole process of straw baling through the cooperation of travel switch and 4 hydraulic cylinders. The only manual work is to connect bags, put bags and tie the bags. The equipment is divided into a collection box, a compression box, a discharge port, a main pressure head, a side pressure head, a push pressure head, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic valve, an electrical appliance and other components.
The straw baler is a mechatronic product, mainly composed of machinery, control, feeding and power, etc. The whole baling process consists of auxiliary times such as pressing bales, returning, lifting boxes, transferring boxes, upward movement of bales, downward movement of bales, and receiving bales.
