According to market demand, Dingli has launched a coffee grounds dryer for drying wet coffee grounds, including a sawdust dryer consisting of heating furnace, feed inlet, drum, filter drum, conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharge port. The crushed material with a moisture content of about 35-45% is sent to the drum by the conveyor to achieve downstream drying. The material is continuously picked up and scattered under the inner layer of the lifting board and advances in a spiral manner. After passing through the inner, middle, and outer layers, The heat exchange between the material and the hot air, the material that has achieved the drying effect is quickly moved out of the drum under the action of the wind. The wet material that has not achieved the drying effect cannot move quickly due to its own weight, and the material is fully dried within the control stroke, thereby achieving the drying effect. The moisture content of the material is reduced to 12-15%, the drying process is completed, and it is discharged by the screw conveyor. A vibration-cleaning device is installed inside the drum to prevent the material from sticking to the drum wall.
