Recently, a soy sauce residue drying system in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, officially commenced operation. This project targets the large quantities of soy sauce residue generated during condiment production, successfully transforming it into stable, high-value feed ingredients or organic fertilizer substrate through advanced drying technology.
The production line is designed to process 2 tons per hour, achieving immediate and continuous treatment of high-moisture organic waste and preventing its accumulation and spoilage. The moisture content of the raw materials has been drastically reduced from an extremely high 65% to 13%. This deep dehydration process not only reduces the material weight by approximately 60%, significantly lowering subsequent transportation and storage costs, but also completely alters the material's perishable characteristics, enabling long-term stable storage.
