The Cassava Starch Residue Drying project in Makassar, Indonesia, undertaken by Zhengzhou Dingli New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., utilizes a specialized drying equipment, model DLSG2011-3, to process high-moisture cassava residue (raw material moisture content 40%-60%) generated from local cassava processing. The designed output is 2-2.5 tons/hour.
The project employs Dingli's customized high-efficiency drying process, adapted to the high viscosity and agglomeration characteristics of cassava residue. After commissioning, it can dry the cassava residue to a safe moisture content in a single operation. The finished product can be directly used as feed or biomass fuel, effectively solving the problems of easy decay and difficult storage of cassava residue. This helps customers achieve waste reduction and resource utilization, creating significant economic and environmental benefits.
