Petroleum coke drying equipment, as the name suggests, is special equipment for drying and processing petroleum coke materials. The working principle of petroleum coke dryer:
The petroleum coke drying production line consists of a crusher, pulverizer, gas (oil) hot blast stove, three-layer drum dryer, cyclone dust collector, pulse bag filter, conveying equipment, packaging machine, and power distribution operation control device. There are also many choices of heat sources, the main heat sources are steam, natural gas, coal, biomass particles, etc. Customers can choose the one that suits them according to their needs. The working process is as follows: the petroleum coke material is crushed by the crusher to less than 10mm and then conveyed into the drum to achieve downstream drying. The middle and outer three-layer drums realize the heat exchange between petroleum coke and hot air. The petroleum coke that has achieved the drying effect travels quickly and is discharged from the drum under the action of wind and its own gravity. The petroleum coke is fully dried within the control stroke, thereby achieving the drying effect. When the moisture content of the material is reduced to less than 3%, the drying process is completed and discharged by the screw conveyor.
