Okara contains protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients, which can be re-fermented as animal feed. Fresh bean dregs are granular with high moisture content and need to be dehydrated and dried before they can be preserved or enter the next treatment process. For the fresh okara dryer, we recommend the use of a flash dryer. The okara particles dried by the flash dryer are uniform and good in appearance. The flash dryer has a very fast drying speed and supports continuous production. Next, let's learn about the working principle of the bean dregs flash dryer through the video.
Bean dregs flash dryer is composed of screw feeder, main engine, heating system, wind system, material collection device, dust removal device, and electric control system. The fresh bean dregs are first dehydrated in a belt dehydrator, and then sent directly into the main flash dryer through a screw feeder. The heated strong rotating hot air field formed by a blower and an induced draft fan blows the bean dregs upwards during the process. Particles are subjected to impact, friction, shearing force, etc., are quickly dispersed and dried by hot air flow. Finally, the finished materials are collected by cyclone separator and pulse bag filter, and evacuated by hot and humid air.
Okara flash dryer is our mature design. The dried Okara is good in quality and large in output. It is a very mature, stable and efficient drying equipment. If you are interested, please contact us online or leave a message.
