1. The inverted cone structure also shortens the length of the cantilever of the stirring shaft and increases the reliability and stability of operation. 2. While the wet material is dispersed and crushed by the stirring gear, it is thrown to the wall and adhered to the inner wall. If it is not scraped off in time, it will affect the quality of the product. The mixing gear is equipped with a scraper to scrape off the material stuck on the wall in time to prevent overheating.
3. The upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring, whose main function is to separate the larger particles or undried materials from qualified products and block them in the drying chamber, which can effectively ensure the product size and moisture requirements.
4. The hot air inlet at the cone bottom is equipped with cold air protection to prevent the material from overheating and deterioration due to contact with high temperature air.
5. Continuous operation, feeding amount, hot air temperature, product particle size can be controlled within a certain range, so as to ensure the various indicators of dry products.
6. The drying system is closed and operated under slight negative pressure to prevent dust from leaking out, protecting the production environment, and ensuring safety and sanitation.
