Process flow of biomass pellet production line:
Screening: Screen out oversized materials and impurities to ensure that the raw materials meet the granulation requirements. Generally between 2-6mm;
Drying: Biomass fuel granulation requires moisture below 20%, using drum-type biomass fuel dryer, with large output and uniform drying, which can improve the forming rate and quality of biomass pellets;
Granulation: Divided into vertical environmental protection granulator and flat mould granulator, with high forming rate, good quality, burning resistance, low power and durability;
Cooling: Due to the work done by extrusion, the temperature of biomass pellets is relatively high, so they need to be cooled and packaged. Counter-current cooler with reasonable design and rapid cooling;
Screening: Through vibrating sieving, the qualified biomass particles are screened out, and other unqualified products are recycled and reused;
Packaging: Automatic measurement, automatic sealing, saving time and effort, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
