Coal slime dryer is a drying machine specially designed for coal washing plants, coal mines and other units for coal slime recycling. The high temperature evaporation drying process is divided into direct heating hot air drying process and steam indirect drying process. The moisture content of drying slime can be adjusted around 15%, and the calorific value is greatly improved. After the slime is dried and used for blending or direct combustion, it will have better calorific value. The daily drying capacity of the slime dryer is about 1000-6000 tons, which is not limited. At present, the new type of slime dryer uses gas, fuel oil and other fuels as heat sources to reduce hot air pollution. At the same time, it is equipped with a multi-stage dust collector for exhaust gas treatment, forming an environmentally friendly and energy-saving slime drying production line.
