Recently, a beer spent grain drying production line in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, successfully achieved stable operation. This project addresses the fresh wet spent grain generated during the beer brewing process, utilizing advanced low-temperature drying technology for large-scale processing.
The production line is designed with a precise processing capacity of 2 tons per hour, which perfectly matches the daily wet spent grain output of medium-sized and larger breweries; it dries high-moisture raw materials from 65% to a safe storage moisture content of 13% in a single process.
