Located in Jincheng, Shanxi, this project utilizes specialized coal slime drying equipment and a custom-designed drying system, tailored to the material's characteristics, required processing capacity, and specific input/output moisture requirements. By precisely controlling drying temperatures, material residence time, and the hot air system, the process ensures stable and efficient moisture removal during continuous operation. The project is equipped with a DLMG-2825 coal slime dryer, achieving a designed processing capacity of 50 tons per hour.
The raw coal slime has an initial moisture content of ≤24%; following the drying process, the moisture content of the finished product is reduced to ≤15%, meeting the requirements for subsequent storage, transportation, and comprehensive utilization.
