At the project site in Pakistan where our DLMG-2823 coal drying equipment is being installed, the main unit is now in position, and the project has fully entered the installation and commissioning phase.
The solution was customized based on the specific characteristics of the local coal slime, which has an initial moisture content of 45%; the drying process stably reduces the final moisture content to 26%. High-moisture coal slime is typically sticky and costly to store and transport; drying it effectively increases its calorific value, facilitates storage and transport, and improves the utilization rate of coal resources.
The DLMG-2823 coal slime dryer is a rotary drying unit equipped with a dust removal system, designed to operate reliably in the high-temperature, dusty conditions of South Asia. Our technical team is on-site to provide guidance and oversee tasks such as piping connections, electrical wiring, and individual unit testing. They are strictly controlling installation quality and steadily advancing project milestones to ensure a successful subsequent trial run.
This project represents a key initiative in our company's strategy to export coal slime drying equipment. Once operational, it will help the Pakistani client upgrade the quality and value of their coal slime resources, demonstrating our ability to provide reliable, comprehensive solid waste drying solutions to overseas customers.
