This project in Dafang, Guizhou, adopts Dingli DLMG-3026 dedicated rotary coal slime drying system. With a designed capacity of 50 t/h, it reduces raw coal slime moisture from 30% to 15%. The full production line is now in successful operation.
Dingli optimizes the DLMG-3026 rotary dryer for high-viscosity, agglomeration-prone coal slime. Fitted with an efficient breaking structure, it avoids sticking and blockage inside the cylinder, delivering even heating, stable final moisture and consistent product quality. The system boasts high thermal efficiency, low specific energy consumption and reliable continuous operation to cut customer production and maintenance costs.
Equipped with a complete dust collection system that meets local emission standards, the project resolves issues including large footprint of wet coal slime stockpiles, rain-induced soil and water contamination and resource loss.
