Recently, a large-scale gasification slag drying project in Yulin, Shaanxi Province, was officially completed and put into operation. The core equipment of the project is a highly efficient and energy-saving gasification slag-specific drying system, achieving large-scale, harmless, and resource-based treatment of coal-derived byproducts.
The production line has a designed processing capacity of 42 tons per hour. Through intelligent control, it successfully and precisely dries the raw material moisture content from 50% to a predetermined 30%. After drying and volume reduction, the material volume and weight are significantly reduced, substantially lowering transportation and disposal costs.
