The coal slime drying project in Yangquan, Shanxi, has recently completed equipment installation and commissioning, officially entering the production phase. Utilizing the Model 3430 coal slime dryer—independently developed by Zhengzhou Dingli—the project has achieved stable mass production, with all operational metrics meeting design specifications.
To address the specific characteristics of local coal slime—namely its high viscosity and widely fluctuating moisture content—the system is equipped with a breaking-and-feeding mechanism and an enhanced lifting-flight system. These features effectively prevent high-viscosity materials from sticking to the drum walls or forming clumps. The drying process employs a co-current flow method; inside the drum, multiple sets of lifting flights repeatedly lift the material to create a uniform curtain, thereby ensuring efficient heat exchange.
